Booth Information


Please see the map and indicate your first and second choice of available spaces.  Please indicate the booth numbers below.  
We will provide 1 undraped table and 2 chairs (UPON REQUEST.)

Additional chairs are available for $5 each.


Electricity is available for wall booths for an additional $20.

Booth Description

IMPORTANT: In order to maintain a balanced number of service providers and products, no substitutions and/or changes allowed after the application has been accepted, without permission of the event organizer.  Be aware that we may have sound healers at this event.  All Sound healing activities must be approved prior to the event.

Due to possible sensitivities and allergies of our attendees, Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the church, nor is the burning of candles, incense, sage or any other material.

Exhibitor Passes

Your application includes 3 total exhibitor passes.  Additional passes can be purchased for $5 each.

Advertising

There are a limited number of advertising spaces in our program.  This is a great way to reach potential customers once the event is over.  All ads are 2.5"x2" (1050x600px, 300ppi)  Ads should be in color and print ready in one of the following formats: .jpg, .gif, .png

If you purchase an ad and we have not received your print ready file by Feb. 15, we will create one using pictures and text from your website with no editing allowed.

Literature Table

Literature Table - $25
Place your flyers and business cards on the popular literature table.  The space available is 8.5"x11".  We recommend about 150 pieces.  We will restock as needed.

Application and Payment Instructions

Payment is required to reserve an exhibitor space. Follow these TWO steps to reserve your space:

Step 1: Read the application, fill in the date, sign it, and SUBMIT the completed form.

Step 2: After submitting your application, scroll down to the Checkout area to make your payment.
By signing this application you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein.  Center of Unity (COU) will endeavor to provide basic security during the Body Mind Spirit Fest (BMSF), but we are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen goods, equipment, or personal property.  Exhibitors are advised to carry their own limited liability insurance.  Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the church, nor is the burning of candles, incense, sage or any other material.  With sufficient notice of cancellation, booth fees may be refunded at the discretion of COU.  Exhibitors bear the risk of loss through the cancellation or termination of the BMSF.  In the event that any outside force beyond our control causes the cancellation of the BMSF, or prevents it from taking place or continuing, such as but not limited to : acts of God, national or global health crisis, acts of civil disobedience, terrorism, acts of war or work stoppage; COU reserves the right to retain payments made by the exhibitors to defray expenses and losses.  COU and BMSF reserves the right to use any photographs/video taken at the Body Mind Spirit Fest, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photographs/video.  COU and BMSF may use the photographs/video in publications or other media material including, but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media, etc.  Exhibitor goods, equipment and personal property may not be left on COU property once the event ends - ALL exhibitor items must be removed at the end of the event.  Thank you, you're awesome!

Checkout Instructions
Please follow these steps to pay for your booth space and select additional options:
  1. Select and Add Items: Our checkout process is currently being improved for simplicity.  For now, you can only add one item at a time.  Start by selecting your first option (e.g., booth space).  After selection, a new browser tab will open showing your shopping cart with the item added.
  2. Add More Items: If you wish to add more options, return to the Body Mind Spirit Fest tab in your browser. From there, select your next item. Each new item will open in another tab and will be added to your shopping cart. Repeat this step for each item you wish to add.
  3. Finalize Payment: Once all desired items are added to your cart, proceed to the latest shopping cart tab. You can finalize your payment using a credit card or PayPal.

Note: The page will remain open on your browser throughout this process, allowing you to easily navigate back and add more options as needed.
