Imagine sitting at a table of like-minded friends engaging in meaningful conversation while enjoying a delicious meal.  It's an evening of opportunity - opportunity to connect with your spiritual community, a chance to support your church, a place to build long-lasting relationships and make a difference... it's our 41th Birthday Banquet!

It's sure to be a wonderful evening CELEBRATING 41 YEARS with dinner, dancing and community...  Be sure to bring a friend to join in the festivities! 

Plans are coming together for our 41th Birthday Banquet! We have a great evening in store, with numerous activities such as a guessing table, photo area, roving entertainers, and much more!
We’ll kick off the festivities at 6:30 PM, giving everyone an opportunity to get checked in and settled, get a glass of wine, mingle with friends, and to visit the various stations previously mentioned. Dinner, catered by Bartley’s BBQ in Grapevine, will be at 7 pm followed by Dancing With Our Stars contest, live auction, and opportunity to learn some Country Western dances.  Dinner will include vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options.

What's Included?

For the price of each ticket, $35, you will delight in a fabulous dinner from a hometown favorite, Bartley’s BBQ, enjoy wonderful entertainment, and you get to shake your groove thang with the dances you learn.   

Show Me the Money

The fun doesn't end there though... you'll want to bring your spending money cause there's plenty of opportunities to use it.  There will be a 50/50 Raffle where the church and winner will split the proceeds 50/50.  Also, there will be a LIVE Auction with lots of good items and experiences for you to take home.

LIVE Auction

In the past we've had a silent auction but what better way to liven things up than with a LIVE Auction?  This is one way we're able to raise a good portion of funds, but we need your help in collecting donations.  Are there businesses you frequent that you could ask if they're interested in donating a good or service?  Their donation is tax-deductible (print the form) and we will promote their business in the evening program as well as our newsletter.

Smaller donations will be combined with other, like items, and wrapped in beautiful baskets; others will be stand-alone. If you have or know anyone who has, for example, a time share they’re willing to donate for a week, or a vacation home; if you have or know someone who might be getting rid of a decent, working vehicle, or who operates an adventure activity such as para sailing, an escape room, or a tour bus of Dallas/Ft. Worth; if you or someone you know can prepare and donate a private dinner for 4,6, or 8.

Purchase Your Tickets

Tickets are $35.00 each.  When purchasing online, please indicate if you need a vegan/vegetarian plate, otherwise you will be marked for a regular plate.  Tickets are also available in the bookstore.

Sponsor a Table

Table Sponsorship is available for a $25 donation. Table Sponsors receive the table centerpiece and a 25% bookstore discount. There are limited tables, so be sure to speak for yours by purchasing it here or by giving your payment information to the office or the bookstore.
