Yoga and Meditation

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, repeating indefinitely
Come and start the weekend in peace.
Yoga is taught by our Certified Yoga Instructor, Sue Ellen Love. Sue Ellen’s class offers a welcoming space to soften, become present and explore. Participants are invited to modify poses to their own comfort levels. Support and modifications are offered to those experiencing limited mobility. We want to share the practice in a way that is accessible to all: to meet people where they are, as they are.
This class meets weekly in Fellowship Hall and is offered on a love offering basis.
Bring a mat or towel and join the group! Feel free to bring any props you may have.
Yoga is immediately followed by 10 – 15 minutes of meditation.
Childcare is not provided.
