Yoga and Meditation

Come and start the weekend in peace.
Gentle Yoga is taught by our Certified Yoga Instructor, Sue Ellen Love. Sue Ellen’s class offers a welcoming space to soften, become present and explore. Support and modifications are offered to those experiencing limited mobility. We want to share the practice in a way that is accessible to all: to meet people where they are, as they are.
This class meets weekly in Fellowship Hall and is offered on a love offering basis.
Bring a mat or towel and join the group! Feel free to bring any props you may have.
Yoga is immediately followed by 10 – 15 minutes of meditation.
Childcare is not provided.
