An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Saturday, repeating indefinitely
Gentle Yoga taught by certified yoga instructor, Christie Reyenga, meets weekly in Fellowship Hall on a love offering basis. Bring a mat or towel and join the group! Feel free to bring any props you may have.
Yoga is immediately followed at 10 am by 10 – 15 minutes of mindful meditation with Christie and Craig Reyenga. Come and start off the weekend in peace.
