DR. Juneria Berges, Choir Director
Juneria leads our choir with talent, love, creativity and an ear for what sounds good vs. what sounds great. She brings out the very best in our talented choir, and the symbiotic relationship between them is present in the brilliant performances as well as in the choir room, where they hold their weekly practices. Everyone is welcome to become a member of our chorale; if you think you can’t sing, Juneria and our wonderful members will show you otherwise.
The Wing & A Prayer Chorale
It is said that singing is like praying twice, so we join together and lift our voices to make a joyful noise.
Our wonderful choir, led by Juneria Berges, makes use of every opportunity to share through music and drama. Additionally, the choir performs the major productions a year, Palm Sunday, 4th of July and Christmas.
Our choir won the Dallas/Fort Worth Choral Competition in 2002 sponsored by KLTY Radio Station.
Choir rehearsals are Sunday mornings from 8:15 to 9:45 a.m. The Chorale is open to all. The members invite you to come and join the fun and fellowship. Come add your voice to the joyful throng.
