Meditation is a big part of who we are. There is a brief meditation at each 10:10 service. In addition, we have a meditation group that meets each Saturday at 10 AM in the sanctuary, we recently held a meditation workshop in cooperation with Supriya Chadwick, Spiritual Director of Ananda Dallas, and John Rouzer, LUT, will be leading a class, Meditation Practices, each Wednesday in June and the first week in July.
